About Us

We are a small non-profit organization of overachievers committed to training people with disabilities and enabling them to achieve a better life through meaningful employment.

During decades of work in IT we saw the huge challenge companies face finding and retaining reliable IT talent. We saw an opportunity and started setting up train-to-hire academies that would allow people with disabilities to secure meaningful IT jobs. In 2017 the first "bridge" academy was born.

Many lives have been changed since then. Our candidates now have meaningful careers, and our employers have access to a huge global untapped talent pool. Our success led to further success and today we have over 500 graduates from locations in the US, Europe and Africa with a 80%+ average graduation and employment rate.

We are not trying to blanket the globe with programs or enrich ourselves. Our only ambition is helping the marginalized who have the aspiration for a better life to achieve it. To learn about how our personal journey led us to create Bridge Academy, visit Andrew’s Place.

Because of our success and insight we can also provide strategic advice to those interested.
